Super Elixir Morning Eats

Since my trip abroad I have been trying to get on a health kick and I have been relying on SUPER ELIXIR to get me into it. Everyday I make sure to incorporate their Nourishing Protein and Alkalising Greens Supplement into one of my meals because of all the benefits they offer.

 I typically find myself including the Nourishing Protein and Alkalising Greens Supplement in the morning. Both are vegan friendly products and I have completely seen a difference in my body since using. Here are a few ways I like to include the SUPER ELIXIR products into my daily diet.

My favorite Blueberry and Banana Oatmeal

1/2 Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Scoop of Chocolate Super Elixir Nourishing Protein powder
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: 1 tbsp of peanut butter (it’s delicious!)

I put the oats, blueberries, bananas and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and into the
microwave for 3 minutes, then mix the rest of the ingredients afterwards and
take a bite!

When I have the oatmeal I like pour a glass of unsweetened almond milk with 1 tsp of Alkalising Greens supplement and cinnamon over ice.

The Best Blueberry Protein Smoothie

1/3 Cup of Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Chocolate Super Elixir Nourishing Protein Powder
1 tsp Super Elixir Alkalising Greens
1 Handful of ice
1 Cup of Spinach
2 tbs Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp of Honey
1/2 cup of Water

Blend all together and enjoy!
It doesn’t look the prettiest, but hey it’s pretty delicious!
