No Fright Brights

by Shae

Wearing: Assorted Glass Beaded Bracelets by Lindsay Rae Designs, Rag & Bone Orange  Shorts, Wildfox Sweatshirt (same style as link), Steve Madden Booties as seen here and here (old but similar to these), Fringe Bag as seen here and here, Peachy Studs.

I had quite the weekend. On Friday night, my girlfriends and I went on a “Ghost Tour”, where we literally took a white school bus around Chicago and hit spots where old Chicago tragedies had taken place and spirits or ghosts were noted to still lurk. I, for one, am not one for a fright. I hate scary movies, I rarely watch the news, and if I’m being honest, a bloody cut makes me squirm. Needless to say, this was a bit out of my comfort zone. BUT we had a great time, and I learned a little Chicago history along the way. The next morning, I opted for anything but dark and dreary and compiled the brightest outfit in my closet to finish up some Easter errands – hoping to erase the not-so-bright stories from the night before.

P.S.  A couple stylish Chicago gals revealed their prized fashion possessions in this Refinery 29 article (I'm #13!)
